WELCOME TO YOUR PODCASTING JOURNEY

Launch your podcast to build your own platform to connect emotionally and authentically with your audience

Without being locked into the social media algorithm

You are not alone

Stop the endless research on how to create a podcast

It’s the wild wild west in the podcasting industry because it is still so new compared to traditional media. The good news is that podcasting is not social media. You control your content, what you say, and when you say it.

A lot of information on the internet is outdated, so how do you keep up to date with the podcasting industry to make sure you are working with the best information possible? Take out the overwhelm of all the information out there, so you’re no longer confused about what will work for you and for your podcast. You’ll save time by not having to do all the research yourself.

What works for one person won’t work for another based on your budget, recording space, and how you will be recording (among other things). So let’s chat to figure out your blueprint for your podcast!

I knew a podcast was the next step in my business but I had no idea what it entailed or where to start. Mary and this amazing program opened my eyes wide and took me through all the things from concept, to recording equipment, to how to book guests and so much more. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the materials and Mary’s care to get me from step A to launch. With Mary’s coaching I learned so much about myself, overcame mental barriers, and really stepped into sharing my voice and my stories authentically. Owning my voice has been a lifelong journey but Mary’s personal approach made it comfortable and fun. And, I love my podcast! I cannot say enough about this program and Mary. Thank you so much!

THE ORGANIZATION, keeping me on task, and making me feel like it is all possible. I have done things on my own for a very long time and having the confidence in Mary gives me the opportunity to put my strengths to good use which is the interviewing of my guests!

Family Caregivers of BC

Our organization was new to the podcast world and Mary supported our planning, development and delivery of Caregivers Out Loud. She coached and supported our set-up which included: guidance when purchasing podcast equipment, creating our introduction and trailer, script writing and editing. Step by step she broke down the creation and launch of our podcast into manageable steps. This led to a successful launch of our podcast and a product that we are very proud of.

Mary gave me everything I needed to create and launch my podcast from scratch, step by step! It was exactly what I needed, and I know I would never have been able to tackle this project without her expert guidance and support.

It’s really hard to launch a podcast the right way – the professional way. Mary helped us think through some of the initial steps, and gave us tips from her valued and knowledgeable perspective. Even though we paid for a trailer and intro/outro, she gave us so much more. She gave us a solid, professional start.

I felt overwhelmed and stuck with the tech and details for launching a podcast. Mary guided me over 12 weeks to try new things, building my confidence while being very patient. Her knowledge is superb and the quality of her program is exceptional. I love that I can go back and reference new learning in an organized way.

FAQs

Although creating a podcast can be done very very quickly, to be done beautifully, with intention, and with success based on your goals, you need time. I always recommend at least 30 days, but the 12-week program allows for more focus on each aspect of the process. 12-weeks will give you time to prepare for a proper launch and learn all the nuances to grow your show. However, we know life gets in the way, so if you have to miss a week, no worries. We’ll pick it up the week after. Ultimately, we work together for a minimum of 12-weeks and up to a 6-month maximum.

That’s up to you! Each audio lesson is about 15 minutes and you can fill out the workbook at the same time. The amount of time you want to take doing the assignments can be as short as 20-30 minutes or a couple of hours, it’s your call. You’ll be guided on what to do to take action on creating your podcast, in small steps. Your time will be based on your existing commitments and personal schedule. That’s the beauty of the program; we take small actions consistently to make this big project come to life.

Again, that’s up to you! At the beginning of the program, you’ll receive a link to schedule your strategy sessions when it suits your schedule. Ideally, we’ll have one call after every assignment.

The 12-Week 1:1 Program and the Pro tier have the exact same assignments, but if you don’t have the time to do the work of creating the artwork, selecting your music, and creating your intro & outro, the pro tier is right for you! In the pro tier, you’re still in the driver’s seat in terms of your branding for all your elements.

If you want to launch in a shorter time frame, around 30-60 days or you already have a lot of the elements structured but need a helping hand on your assets, the Quick Launch packages are perfect for that scenario.

Absolutely not as there is a lot of information on the internet about launching a podcast. However, I’ve done the most up-to-date research as the podcast industry is always changing. I’ll provide an expert audit for your show to create success for the launch of your podcast!

You can pay in full or have the option to pay 50% upfront as a deposit and the remaining 50% due on the launch of your trailer or the last week of the program. For podcast editing and post-production support, invoices are sent every 4 weeks before the start of work, unless otherwise noted.

If you need a payment plan, please email for more details. Pricing is in USD – or for my fellow Canadians, CAD pricing is available and subject to GST/HST.

All major credit cards are accepted through third-party payment processor Stripe, along with the option to connect to PayPal. Canadian customers may also send interac e-transfer for automatic deposit with no security question required.

Everyone is welcome! Whether you are an aspiring podcaster or already have an established show, our mission is to support underrepresented individuals and organizations to create a more diverse and inclusive podcasting space. We are welcoming to every person who is a good fit – regardless of race, sexuality, gender, or ability.
